Vita Femina

2010 has started and I’ve been busy looking for a new space to become home to Distorted-Retina, There will be more news on this in the coming week’s and Month’s as I get things sorted. 

So my first shoot of the new year was with Vita Femina.  Following on where I left off at the end of last year, most of the shoot was B/W fetish inspired nudes.  This will be ths Basis of ‘Distorted-Retina Vol. 2′ which will be available later this year.

Late Nights in Hotel’s, Corsets and Nudity

Had a great shoot last weekend with the amazing BlackLotus.  We shot many different looks and idea’s and drank huge amounts of Tea!  I think it was around 4am when we finally finished shooting.

Latex Sailor Moon!

I had a great time at TG catching up with loads of people I seem to have not seen for ages, The Jane Doe fashion show was amazing and I’m sure there will be amazing images of it soon on the site.

Before we headed down to the Halloween Ball I had chance to do a quick shoot with Sohui in her amazing Latex Sailor Moon dress.

Halloween

Myself and Sohui will be in London for the Halloween Ball,  it will be great to catch up with people and TG is always fun!

So with Halloween coming up it made me think back to some of the more Zombie/Vampire/voodoo inspired images i have shot in the past. Two shoots came to mind straight away, The first being the Amazing Apnea.  It was a short shoot late one night on one of my many trips to LA, 2 of the images from this shoot are featured in my book but there were many more…….

Here are two never before seen images from that shoot.

The other shoot that i thought of was with Morrigan Hel for the cover of Red Scream Magazine.  The inspiration for the images came from Return of the Living Dead 3.

New Nudes.

As well as shooting a few sets for Zivity (which will be going live soon) I also shot a few images that might be used in Distorted-Retina Vol 2.

I really liked these natural looking images and though I would share them here.

New Sets for Zivity.

I’ve started shooting more sets for Zivity, I currently have 3 sets waiting to go live. The first is the set with Rebekka Raynor and 2 News sets with the wonderful Daile.  They are both different to the type of images I would normally shoot but we are already planning some more leather and latex shoots very soon!

A Long Time Ago…….

Well it was nearly 3 years ago that I first shot with Rebekka Raynor and its taken this long to finally find a date that worked for us both.

We manged to shoot 3 quick sets, the first of which will soon be available on Zivity.   Here is a sneak preview of that set.

As well as working on new sets for Zivity and some of my own work for my next book,  I have been working on new idea’s with old toys.

I have a love for anologue, I guess im showing my age a little here but it is so nice to shoot images on film.

I recently got hold of a old Nikon cine camera and I’ve just ordered the first films for it, I already have a few idea’s for those 4 Minute reels of film.

I also have a batch of 120 film that I need to get processed and scanned sometime soon.

I’ve fallen in love with the new Mini Diana too which I think im going to have to get very soon, but this means more film to be processed!

I will also be updating Imagekind and Redbubble with  more nudes and various other images for you buy and adorn your walls with!

Now for something Different….

I thought i would post a couple of images from a recent shoot i did with Sohui.  They are different from the kind of images i would normally shoot but i think they are still pretty cool and still look like my work, Although different.

New idea’s and New Work.

So LA was amazing and im slowly getting back on track again, Im nearly up to date with all the editing and post work from my LA shoots too, so im starting to book more UK shoots again now.

Here are a couple more images from the LA trip.

There is a real mix of different looks and Styles and also the first Male model I have ever shot for personal work.  There will be many more images coming soon…………

I’ve also been working on idea’s that will soon become ‘Distorted-Retina Vol.2′  The first book is still available.

Vol.2 will be slightly different as it will have a theme throughout unlike Vol.1 that is more a retrospective of my work over the past few years. Im also hoping to create images using many different photographic medium’s.

I also have a few ongoing projects with Sohui that i hope we will be shooting later this month, which are just amazing!
